TURKEY THREATENS TO BREAK ALL TIES WITH ISRAEL Turkey threatens to end all diplomatic ties with Israel, unless Israeli officials either formally apologize for the raid on a flotilla carrying aid to Gaza, or accept the outcome of an international inquiry into the crisis. (BBC)

Israeli and Palestinian leaders will meet to engage in peace talks, ahead of Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s visit to the US. The discussions between the two factions will be the first since February. (Al-Jazeera)

CLINTON URGES ARMENIA TO RECONSIDER NEW MEDIA LAW Secretary of State Hillary Clinton asks Armenia to revise a new media law that would limit pluralism on mainstream TV and radio within the country. Clinton claims the government will consider changing it in Fall. (Reuters)

FUEL STRIKES SPREAD ACROSS INDIA Indian transport workers continue to strike, in protest of increasing fuel prices. The strikes have brought railway and port traffic to a standstill in some areas. (CNN)
